Oscar went home!

Oscar has returned to his native Taiwan after spending a year in the U.S. as exchange student sponsored by Springfield South and Springfield Mid-town Rotary clubs.  He arrived just after turning 16 years old without a solid grasp of the English language, and it was thrilling to watch him grow and become more confident both as a personable young man and a public speaker.

Oscar had a good send-off committee at Springfield's airport, a day or two to reconnect with Taiwan, then he went right back to school.  We'll miss you Oscar!
